slotho 26.6 — ask your history in your own words
Type a question such as “When did I last eat salmon?” and slotho answers from your own logs.
Ask Your History sits under Me › Share, beside the new reports, and Insights offers ready-made questions to tap. It reads meals, drinks, symptoms, mood, fullness, workouts, sleep and weight, so you can ask what you ate before a bad night, how often you trained last week, or when a symptom last came back.
- Free with Apple Intelligence on the iPhone or a key of your own, over the last 31 days.
- With PRO, slotho’s own AI answers from your full history, for up to 3 credits a question.
To answer, slotho sends your question and only the entries that match it, such as food names, times, symptoms and figures. slotho asks before your first question leaves the iPhone, and with Apple Intelligence nothing leaves it at all.
Reports for your dietitian and your trainer
Two reports, ready to send as a PDF from Me › Share:
- For your dietitian: your food diary, compared with your goals.
- For your trainer: your workouts set by set, compared with your goals.
A report covers the last 31 days free, and as far back as you like with PRO, the same reach as History.
PRO’s AI, on one balance of credits
In 26.5, each AI feature had its own monthly allowance. From 26.6, PRO has 1,000 credits a month, and you spend them on whichever features you use most.
| What you ask for | Credits |
|---|---|
| A typed food read | 1 |
| A meal photo read | 2 |
| A history question | up to 3 |
| A meal or workout plan drafted | 4 |
| A food drawing | 15 |
| A customised voice meditation | 4, plus 5 a minute of speech |
| Your workout notes voiced | 5 a minute |
Settings shows what you have left, what each thing costs and what you used this month. Before a meditation or your notes are voiced, slotho shows an estimate first. A typed food can get its own drawing again. The free trial includes 300 credits, up to 40 a day.
A key of your own still works with no credits at all, and Apple Intelligence still runs on the iPhone.
Food and meal plans
- Snap a Meal takes up to five photos at once from your library. Each is read on its own, so one that fails can be retried without touching the others.
- Meal plans in a cuisine you choose, built around up to five ingredients you pick from slotho’s food list. Each meal keeps to one cuisine, and every ingredient is checked against your diet.
- Replace Ingredients on a recipe: tick what you don’t want, and AI suggests a replacement for each.
- Meal suggestions leave out foods that don’t fit your diet.
- Thai food: pad thai, sticky rice, som tam, green curry, tom yum, moo ping, durian and more, with their nutrition.
- Faster food search: slotho’s own foods and your favourites show within a second, and other sources join below as they answer.
Workouts
- Compare and merge workout plans. Put an imported plan beside yours, or any two of your own, and keep yours, take theirs or keep both, exercise by exercise.
- Exercise demonstrations (beta). An animated figure shows how 30 common exercises are done. For now, slotho shows one by itself when an exercise’s name matches; for the others, choose the demonstration in the plan editor.
- A default rest length, set once in Settings › Workouts.
On the Apple Watch
- Hold sets for stretches and static holds. The watch counts up, tells you when the time is reached, and waits for you to move on.
- Voice the Countdown. During a timed set or rest, slotho says the seconds left: every ten, then each second from ten. Turn it on in the watch’s Settings.
- Coach Voice closes each workout with a short line, and can announce every set after a rest, not only the first.
- See how an exercise is done (beta): tap its title during a workout, for exercises with a demonstration.
- Three ways to start on the Workouts page: Favourites, Planned and All Workouts. Pinned workouts are now Favourite Workouts.
Also in 26.6
- Calmer colours, especially in dark mode.
What we are not claiming
Ask Your History answers from what you have logged, so the more you log, the more it can find. A report shows your own entries against the goals you set, for your dietitian or trainer to read with you. An exercise demonstration shows the movement for you to follow at your own pace.
slotho supports general wellness. It is not a medical device.
